Divine Assignments, Exchange and Impartation
We are continuing an article concerning the progressive journey of the believer that prayerfully, will add insight to the reader’s relationship with the Lord through understanding the Feasts of the Lord. We read in Leviticus 23:2,4, “Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, ‘Concerning the Feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim (degree, preach) to be holy convocations, even these are My Feasts.‘ …These [are] the feasts of the LORD, [even] holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”
Yeshua was the One who commanded His disciples not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father. Even as John had baptized them with water, He told them that they would now be baptized with the Holy Ghost, not many days hence. Acts 1:1-4). He was commanding them not to forget the Feasts. At Passover, Yeshua revealed Himself as the Lamb of God so that we might know Him as Savior; now at Shavuot or Pentecost He reveals Himself as the Baptizer and the Covenant God.
We will describe in this article another name for this festival as the “Voice of God.” He came down on Mt Sinai to speak to His people. On Mount Zion He commands us once again by saying, “See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven.” (Hebrews 12:25)
Did the children of Isreal want to hear His voice? They sought for a mediator then and even now, this same process continues in His church. So many people today stand in line to “get a word” because they are not hearing His Voice from within. But Beloved, the Spirit of Truth wants to let you know today that from the least to the greatest – God does talk to His People! No, most of the time not with an audible voice but with quickenings and unctions – leadings of His spirit that sounds like His character. As we yield our members to the Lord daily, to sanctify and consecrate, The Spirit of God delights to speak through us in words, deeds and actions so that we might Glorify the Father. In fact, He has placed the seven-fold Spirits of God within us to lead us into consistent victory… if we would listen and obey.
At Passover we receive the Seed of God…His Incorruptible Son. At Shavuot the seed begins to be watered extravagantly “with the washing of the water of the Word.” The Son begins to sprout, grow and rise up out of the earthly realm, having its origin from heaven above. The promise of ‘abiding fruit that remains’ is our promise of harvest. It is springtime in the spirit and we see new shoots breaking forth and it is exciting. Yes, it is the evidence of new life in Him. We talked about ascending from that wilderness place unto the mountain in last week’s article but please understand, the trek to the mountain takes you through the wilderness, for this is the place of your betrothal. Mature believers have understood and have come through the cleansing blood of Passover, through the wilderness of testings and trials, learning to hear the Voice of God and obey it. He has been proving us, and we have been proving Him and learning more of His nature than we have known before. Each of us must come the same way – out of Egypt (the besieged places) – through the wilderness where we will meet Ishi (My Husband) – and into Canaan (our Promised Land of Inheritance), and we will come through the Feasts of the Lord. The Seed must be planted, watered and brought to fullness (maturity) before God’s plan is complete. It is His pattern.
At Passover the blood cleansed you from sin but at Shavuot, the sin nature is dealt with. We are given power from the Spirit of Holiness to live unto Righteousness. Through the resurrection of the Lamb, sin has no more dominion but we must have active revelation of this truth or we will live like the old man…but remember we have been crucified with Christ, buried with Christ and also resurrected with Christ. Please do a study of Romans 6 and memorize these truths for yourself so that you can live and move in the new creation. Let your study end with the preciousness of Romans 8 and remember to shout really loud like the shofar He is making you! Glorification will begin to be imparted to you as well. I literally danced when I received this revelation years ago. You must meditate on it and get it deep in your spirit. Your life and your children’s lives depend on it in the coming days!
It is all about impartation on the Mountain of the Lord. When you are brought up and into Him you SEE AND RECEIVE! Webster says “impart” means: “to give, or grant from one’s store of abundance, transmit, bestow.” This is the revelation of Divine Exchange that comes through covenant: His Nature for ours! His purity for our “leavened” condition. His strength for our abundant weakness. We will find that to the degree that we are willing to give Him our lives, to that measure we will see the Son rising up in us and His nature coming forth in us. Self-rule is coming off the throne of our hearts and the Mind of Christ, The Anointed One, is being placed to rule in His Temple, which we are.
I do love this journey, for my love for Him is intensifying. I am being drawn to Him. Do you recognize it? He is after us…our whole hearts and beings. Our joy is only in pleasing Him, rather than pleasing man or ourselves. God is indeed doing a marvelous work in His remnant people who will continue to allow God to draw them into the Highest Place in Him. There is a Hebrew word for God that is called HaMakom which means The Place.
I love that He calls me by name and speaks to me, ” Rise up, My Fair One and come away My Beloved.”(Song of Songs 2:10) I understand that this is the Voice that I must radically obey and leave my place of comfort and familiarity to meet Him on the mountain. The responsibility of this kind of communion will come forth in my life and we will call it “ministry“. For the precious fruit does come very spontaneously when He speaks once again and says, “Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in the villages.”(Song of Solomon 7:11).
We will co-labor with our Beloved and will be given the privilege of revealing and imparting His Son through a Bride that reflects Him to those in the world that He loves so desperately.
Do not miss your divine appointment with Him! Come! Let us go up to the Mountain of the Lord!
